\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kentlerdeki arz talep dengesizli\u011fi, maliyetleri y\u00fckseltmekte ve insanlar\u0131n harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u0131zl\u0131 kentle\u015fmeyle artan trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da \u00f6nemli bir problemdir. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kentle\u015fmenin T\u00fcrk Aile Yap\u0131s\u0131na Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kentle\u015fme s\u00fcreciyle birlikte T\u00fcrk aile hayat\u0131nda \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fimler ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u0131rdan kente ya\u015fanan yo\u011fun g\u00f6\u00e7 sonucunda, <strong>geni\u015f aileler<\/strong> yerini <strong>\u00e7ekirdek ailelere<\/strong> b\u0131rakmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Aile Yap\u0131s\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131&#8217;na (TAYA)<\/strong> g\u00f6re, <strong>1968-2018<\/strong> y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda <strong>\u00e7ekirdek aile oran\u0131 %11<\/strong>, <strong>da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f aile oran\u0131 %57<\/strong> artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde <strong>geni\u015f aile oran\u0131 %138 azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu durum, geni\u015f ailenin h\u0131zla \u00e7ekirdek aileye, \u00e7ekirdek ailenin ise h\u0131zla tek ebeveynli aileye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ancak <strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki aile yap\u0131s\u0131 Bat\u0131&#8217;daki gibi keskin bir ayr\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermemektedir<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ekirdek aile say\u0131s\u0131 artsa da, <strong>do\u011fal afetler<\/strong> gibi ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlarda aileler h\u0131zla bir araya gelerek geni\u015f aile d\u00fczenine ge\u00e7ebilmektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu durum, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki aile modelinin geni\u015f aile ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00e7ekirdek aile yap\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tek ebeveynli aileler genellikle <strong>e\u015fin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> veya <strong>bo\u015fanma<\/strong> sonucunda olu\u015fur. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kentlerdeki bo\u015fanma oranlar\u0131 k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksektir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kentle\u015fmeyle birlikte artan bireyselle\u015fme, aile \u00fczerindeki geleneksel dengeleyici unsurlar\u0131n etkisini azaltarak bo\u015fanmalar\u0131 art\u0131rabilmektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu da tek ebeveynli ailelerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aile Yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki De\u011fi\u015fimler ve \u00c7ocuk Say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine<\/strong> g\u00f6re aile yap\u0131s\u0131nda meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da etkilemi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toplam do\u011furganl\u0131k h\u0131z\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2,38 \u00e7ocukken 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1,62 \u00e7ocuk<\/strong> olmu\u015ftur. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu oran, n\u00fcfusun yenilenme d\u00fczeyi olan <strong>2,10&#8217;un alt\u0131nda<\/strong> kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130lk Evlenme Ya\u015f\u0131 ve Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u0130\u015f Hayat\u0131na Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hem kad\u0131nlarda hem de erkeklerde <strong>ilk evlenme ya\u015f\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f<\/strong> g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine<\/strong> g\u00f6re <strong>2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortalama ilk evlenme ya\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda 23,6, erkeklerde 26,8<\/strong> iken, <strong>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131nlarda 25,7, erkeklerde ise 28,3<\/strong> olmu\u015ftur. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131ndaki ortalama ilk evlenme ya\u015f fark\u0131 <strong>2,6<\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bireyler i\u00e7in uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen ilk evlenme ya\u015f\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>25-29 ya\u015f<\/strong> olarak belirtilmi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130lk evlenme ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, <strong>\u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaktad\u0131r<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modernle\u015fme ve kentle\u015fme ile birlikte kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131; \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitim ve sa\u011fl\u0131k seviyesinin y\u00fckselmesi, hane halk\u0131 tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve aile bireylerinin ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015fmesi gibi <strong>olumlu etkiler<\/strong> yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu durum kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sosyal refah\u0131n\u0131 ve ailenin ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini olumlu etkilemi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u0130\u015f G\u00fcc\u00fcne Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve Aile \u0130\u00e7i G\u00f6rev Payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u00dc\u0130K Hane Halk\u0131 \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong> sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, <strong>2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 15 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131nlar\u0131n %29,9&#8217;u<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, bu oran <strong>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda %35,7&#8217;ye y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 artsa da, bu oran di\u011fer \u00fclkelerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hala istenen d\u00fczeyde de\u011fildir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131n ve erkek i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oranlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda fark\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aleyhine oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. <strong>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n %35,7&#8217;si<\/strong> i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131rken, <strong>erkeklerde bu oran %70,8&#8217;dir<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda daha aktif rol almas\u0131, aile i\u00e7erisindeki <strong>geleneksel g\u00f6rev payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikliklere<\/strong> yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geleneksel ailelerde erke\u011fin temel rol\u00fc ailenin ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flamak, kad\u0131n\u0131n rol\u00fc ise ev i\u015fleri ve \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na girmesiyle evin ekonomisi hem erkek hem de kad\u0131n\u0131n ortak sorumlulu\u011fu olmu\u015ftur. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aile i\u00e7i i\u015f payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, zamanla daha <strong>esnek ve demokratik<\/strong> bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ocuklarla ilgilenme, yemek yapma ve temizlik gibi g\u00f6revler art\u0131k e\u015fler taraf\u0131ndan daha dengeli payla\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ailede \u00c7ocu\u011fa Bak\u0131\u015f A\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndaki De\u011fi\u015fim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ailede <strong>\u00e7ocu\u011fun de\u011feri ile ilgili bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fimler<\/strong> ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ebeveynlerle \u00e7ocuklar aras\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok <strong>otoriter bir yap\u0131<\/strong> varken, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde aileler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla <strong>daha fazla duygusal ba\u011f kurmakta<\/strong> ve onlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 daha \u00e7ok dikkate almaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebeveynler, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n iyi bir e\u011fitim almas\u0131n\u0131 desteklemekte, bireysel ilgi ve yeteneklerine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stererek potansiyellerini ke\u015ffetmelerini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu de\u011fi\u015fimler, daha e\u011fitimli ve bilin\u00e7li nesillerin yeti\u015fmesine, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve mutlu geli\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n ve Ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n Bak\u0131m\u0131yla \u0130lgilenen Aile D\u0131\u015f\u0131 Kurumlar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kentle\u015fme ve modernle\u015fme, toplumdaki her kurumu etkilemi\u015f, aile kurumu da bu de\u011fi\u015fimden pay\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu de\u011fi\u015fim, \u00f6zellikle <strong>geni\u015f ailenin \u00e7ekirdek aileye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesiyle<\/strong> belirginle\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sanayi Devrimi&#8217;nden<\/strong> sonra i\u015f kollar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla hem d\u00fcnyada hem de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kad\u0131n ve erkekler i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na daha fazla dahil olmu\u015f ve daha uzun mesai yapmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu durum, ailenin e\u011fitim, bak\u0131m, g\u00fcvenlik gibi temel i\u015flevlerinin yerine getirilmesinde <strong>kre\u015fler, anaokullar\u0131, bak\u0131m evleri<\/strong> gibi <strong>aile d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n<\/strong> da rol almas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitim, de\u011fi\u015fen ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 sonucunda \u00e7ocu\u011fun e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli hale gelmi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modern aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesi olan \u00e7ekirdek aileler, okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sosyal ve duygusal geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu bilmektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de <strong>0-6 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00f6zel ve devlet b\u00fcnyesinde <strong>kre\u015fler ve anaokullar\u0131<\/strong> bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimin amac\u0131, sosyal bir varl\u0131k olmaya ba\u015flayan \u00e7ocu\u011fun her y\u00f6nden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek, sosyal-duygusal, bili\u015fsel, dil ve fiziksel geli\u015fimlerini desteklemek ve ilk\u00f6\u011fretime haz\u0131rlamakt\u0131r. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ya\u015fl\u0131 N\u00fcfusun Art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Bak\u0131m Hizmetleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de demografik yap\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmekte ve <strong>ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfus (65 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri) artmaktad\u0131r<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine<\/strong> g\u00f6re <strong>2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfus 5,7 milyon ki\u015fi (%7,5)<\/strong> iken, <strong>2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu say\u0131 8,4 milyona (%9,9)<\/strong> y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00fcfus projeksiyonlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfus oran\u0131n\u0131n <strong>2080 y\u0131l\u0131nda %25,6<\/strong> olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfusun art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve gelecekteki
